Bianchi Manor is on an old farm between Stockton and Lodi near Highway 99. Mature Valley Oaks, a windmill, fields of corn, horses and goats all contribute to an atmosphere of quiet, calm and healing. Birds serenade our residents who can enjoy fresh air, a large yard and lawns that provide freedom for walking or simply sitting to enjoy the warm evenings or delta breeze. The gated and secured grounds are part of the unique character of our country setting that has many therapeutic effects on seniors. There are outdoor activities such as barbeques, gardening, and walks for those residents who are able and motivated to be close to nature.
Residents have a choice of private or shared companion rooms. Many have private baths and all have carpeting and appropriate design and aids for seniors with physical limitations. The simple, comfy, homelike character to the rooms is ideal for residents with Alzheimer’s. A large living room/family room central area has views of the fields, yard and an easily accessible patio. A convenient dining area is nearby with easily accessible seating at small tables. Everything is designed to meet the special needs of seniors with physical and mental challenges. The original farmhouse is connected to the residential and living area wings where residents have access to a smaller comfortable living room with television. Bianchi Manor has a capacity of 39 residents making it modest in size yet insuring high quality care and personal attention.
