Services and Amenities
Personal Care plans are developed for each resident. We regularly assess our residents to ensure we are meeting their needs. We encourage residents to maintain their highest level of independence while monitoring and assisting with their care needs. As their needs increase, so does the care. Assistance with showers, dressing grooming, oral care, hair care and toileting are provided as needed.
Specializing in care for seniors with memory loss, Alzheimer’s and dementia our basic services include three meals daily plus daily snacks, housekeeping, all maintenance, yard care, linen changes and personal laundry. Also included at no additional cost are:- Assistance with medications
- Assistance with bathing and dressing
- Incontinence care
- Additional room tidy-ups
- Assistance with eating, special diets and encouragement
- Coordination and transportation to doctor appointments
- In-house visits by care professionals including podiatry, radiology, and physical/occupational therapy
- Registered nurse assessments and monthly visit of all residents by house doctor and psychiatrist
- Weekly beauty salon
- Assistance with socializing and participating in the activity program when desired
The activity program includes diverse events and experiences that recognize the variety of personalities and interests of residents. Old movies, crafts, live musical entertainment, card games and outdoor barbeques are among the most popular activities. A television is available in the main living area and in the original farm house living room.
